3. KYC review runs in parallel when triggered. When your account requires identity verification, our team processes documents within 2 to 24 hours. That time adds to the overall window only when verification is outstanding.
4. Your payment provider then settles the funds. E-wallets and crypto typically arrive within 1 to 24 hours after we release the payment. Bank transfers take 1 hour to 3–5 business days, depending on your bank and transfer route.
5. Crypto settlement depends on network confirmation speed. High congestion can push arrival toward the longer end of the range. This happens after we release the funds — your wallet’s transaction history shows the confirmation count.

Identity Verification and KYC
